Nunzio's cooking career started at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen project.

Salvatore worked in food logistics and spent his early years close to our grandparents on their farm. "I've had the privilege of growing up in & around the food industry, understanding the importance of the consumer & the pleasure of food."
Our pizza chef & baker Alfredo went to school with our dad in Salerno. He loves bread & pizza and it's this love that maintains that high standard we want to share.
